Good customer service is the key to the success of all organisations. You will deal with enquiries by phone, email or face to face. As business becomes more competitive the demands to deliver first class service and meet customer expectations increases.

If you are a good communicator and enjoy helping people this could be an ideal job for you.

Apprentices will gain skills and knowledge to:

– Maintain a positive and customer-friendly attitude

– Monitor and solve customer serviced problems

– Promote additional services or products to customers

– Deal with customers using bespoke software

Duration 12-18 months depending on Level
